At Zoom, we know life can get in the way of perfect hair. But as we reserve every slot personally for you, we need some notice if you decide that it’s not the right time.

Of course, not everything is foreseeable, and we’ll do our best to accommodate instances where things were out of your control.


Why do we charge for no-shows and late cancellations?

When someone cancels their appointment last-minute—or fails to attend—it leaves hard-to-fill gaps in our schedule, losing money for stylists and our business. We really value our stylist's time, and so that’s why we’ve implemented this policy.

The good news is that we have an automated messaging system to remind you of your appointment upon booking and a few days before. You can opt-in for email reminders too if you’d prefer.

LATE CANCELLATIONS (Less than 24 Hours)

50% of the missed appointment value will be added to your next bill.


NO SHOWS (Not attending scheduled appointment)

A 50% fee from your missed appointment’s projected cost.
